Best recipe app. So good I even bought the windows app too.

Highly recommended

Excellent app

Ive been using Paprika for few weeks now and I really like this app. I bought all three versions, computer, iPad and iPhone, and use them respectively to import and organize my recipes, to follow instructions while cooking, and as a grocery list. I like: - the possibility to search for a recipes by name or ingredient, or even source - being able to create my own categories and assign a recipe to more than one category - how easy it is to import recipes from the Web, including nutrition information.

Great app

Using this app since many years. Love the automatic upload with saved links and I use the grocery shopping list weekly. It would be the best of the best if a meal planner is added!

Amazing app that does it all

Love this app. Use it constantly and it has never let me down. Does almost everything you could dream of. My wish list: - widget for the phones notification drop-down screen showing todays meal plan - a way to edit the grocery creation rules so that it remembers that sweet pepper isnt a spice and hamburger buns arent meat - Apple Watch app showing todays meal plan as well as recipe ingredients

Absolutely love this app. All my recipes are together here. But cant clip a recipe since last update?

Syncs every 5 mins!!

Please change syncing options. Syncing every 5 mins is ludicrous. Please change to: sync only after changes, when opening, and after user-specified interval. Absolutely not every 5 minutes!

Saving recipes doesnt work

And support doesnt respond to my emails.

Love this app but.......

Ive had this app for quite a while and love it except for one glitch: I plan meals for the week and pin the recipes, but for some reason the app unwind them, sometimes in a matter of hours. This makes the app much less convenient as now I have to make and keep track of a separate, external list. Not a deal breaker, but a definite negative. I have contacted Paprika twice about this issue and never gotten a response from them.

Shopping list function is terrible

When you click on your shopping list youre taken to "ALL," a list of everything youve ever added to your shopping list, including duplicates. It requires another click to open your "TO BUY," or active shopping list. I really cant fathom the use of this "all" list, and I certainly dont see why its the first shopping list that comes up. Really not worth the money if youre looking for a good shopping list app.

Love this app!

I cant tell you enough how much I love using this app! It is my only recipe app I use now and I love everything about it. When Im planning for dinner, I know I can open it up right there in the grocery store and get every ingredient I need before heading home to cook. And I love that I can copy and paste the web address of almost any webpage with a recipe on it I want and it will load it into Paprika so I can categorize it and save it. So much more to this app than that - thats why I love it. Thanks!

Its great

Update: I just want to stop by and reiterate that I love this app. I appreciate and am amazed by how easy it is to import a recipe straight from Safari. The interface is so quick and easy to use, very efficient to add and edit recipes. Its just a delight and I appreciate having all this data right at hand. ----- The best, easiest yet comprehensive recipe/menu planner I have found. I have been using it off and on for over a year, through heavy planning periods and fly-by "I dont want to cook" times as well. I enjoy how simple it is to upload recipes or put together meals, both processes that can be so tedious in other apps. The interface is very attractive, as well. I have no experience with the shopping list as I have another app I prefer for that.

I have to pay $5 per device?

Good app, but, seriously? I have to pay $5 to get this on my iPad, another $5 for my iPhone, and another $5 for my MacBook. Really? Thats ridiculous to me. Wouldnt have purchased this had I known.

Helpful app

I really like this app and have been using it for a couple of years. I love having my recipes with me while Im at the grocery store and can glance at my phone for the items I need to buy. Upgrades have helped make it easier to download recipes from any website. I hope they will soon come up with a way for us to scan recipes we have on paper right into the app. I just dont want to type in whole recipes using my phone keypad!

Converting a reluctant cook

I want to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible, hate making mistakes, and this app makes it possible for a new cook. Love that it auto populates the link from Safari to save recipes. Adding categories is easy. Love checking items off of the list as I cook, and easily searching by ingredient to find recipes. I love the Mac and iPad apps and have had flawless syncing. Thank you!!!

Love it

This app is amazing!!!! Absolutely worth buying

Love this app, just a couple things

I absolutely love this app. Ive had it for a couple years. I store all my recipes in it and it works great. I have 3 suggestions that would make it even better: 1 - you should be able to buy this app once and use it across devices. Most apps work this way, and it is a valid complaint. 2 - it would be great if you could scan recipes into the app so you dont have to type them in. Would be a huge timesaver. I have already done most of this work myself, but I think it would make your app a lot more user-friendly to newbies. 3 - would love it if you could link one recipe into another. For example, if you are making one dish and have a suggestion for a side dish (that is also in the app) to go with it, it would be great to be able to link that side dish right into the recipe and then just click on that to go straight to that recipe as well. Thank you for a great app, I hope to see it get even better in the future.

Just works

The best recipe app ecosystem. Subtle, elegant, but powerful features under the hood. Integrates with my laptop (Mac), iPad, and iPhone so I can access, edit, and plan meals in different contexts.

My Constant Companion

The app has been my source for capturing new recipes with a few taps on the screen and its a ready source of inspiration when Im staring at my frig or have a late start on prepping for guests. Love being able to easily share with friends or family.

Been using it for years!!

This is one of my favorite apps! I bought it on my phone and iPad and I highly recommend it. Would you spend $$ on a dumb plastic recipe box?? Then why not invest in something WAY more useful? The way it grabs recipes from websites makes it super easy to use. I love how can share so easily with people with and without the app. Keeping your recipes organized is super easy and the grocery list makes shopping easy...just wish maybe it linked with Wunderlist - but thats probably wishful thinking. My only tip is too make sure you use the sorting categories from the start, because they are useful and its annoying to go back and do it. I use things like "Mexican" or "30 Minutes". Your recipes can have as many categories as youd like!

I like it but.......

I bought this app and an iPad, largely for the purpose of being able to SEE my recipes in the kitchen (iPhone is not too easy on the eyes), BUT the syncing between the phone and iPad (thru the cloud) is very unreliable. Sometimes they sync, sometimes they dont.
